This will allow you to display information for up to five custom fields in each task card, as well as select the base fields that will show. You can choose to provide more information in the task cards for your project (such as custom field information) by using the Customize Task Board Cards feature. When tasks are displayed in Task Board views, task "cards" will by default show several base fields along with the task name (the resource assigned to it, and a checkmark if the task has been completed). To change the setting, click the value for the task, and select the value you want to change to. The Show on Board column will display the value for each task ( Yes or No). Tasks can only be archived from the last column on the Task Board. Simply archive the whole done column, or select tasks you want to archive and then click Archive. When you're done with a project, or stage of a project, you can archive tasks that are finished. Here you can sort it, remove duplicates and move it to different columns on the Task Board. You can also assign the task to a team member, add a severity, tag the task for filtering and sorting, add comments and tag other BugHerd users from your project in them.įeedback from guests to your project lands on the Feedback tab of your Task Board.
